Emma was great to work with again. This is my second ESP from Lombard Ford. I traded my vehicle I had purchased the warranty for. I called to cancel and purchase another ESP for the vehicle I traded for. Emma canceled the remaining time on my first warranty and applied my refunded amount to my new purchase. The process was seamless! I am now covered in my new to me F250. I will be calling Emma back to purchase another ESP for my wife’s new 2023 Ford Explorer!
