Emma is exceptional! I think I first bought a warranty product from Emma back in 2013, not long after she joined the company. I didn't purchased my car at Lombard Ford, I did purchase my first extended warranty from Jack @ Lombard Ford in 2016 for my 2015 Ford Taurus Limited. The price for the warranty was unbelievable, compared to what the dealer wanted from whom I purchased my car. When I asked Jack how they could sell me a warranty for that price, his response was "they sell in bulk." I told my husband, daughter and son about Lombard Ford warranties, they all purchased theirs there. This week I purchased my second extended warranty from Lombard Ford for my car with Emma, she answered all my questions. Emma was very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with.
