Having purchased an ESP Plan with Emma several years ago, I received a letter advising that my plan was about to expire, but that I might consider an extension for the same vehicle. I called Emma and she was very cordial, advising on extension offers and when my current plan was would lapse. I stated that I would consider the options and she was very low key with no pressure to make a hasty decision. A week or so later I called back and told Emma of our decision to extend the ESP and she promptly completed the necessary paperwork and advised me of when I would receive my confirmation and extended policy. Overall, the transaction was very professional, low key, and was a no haggle experience. Thank you Lombard and Thank you Emma.

Purchased my ESP plan through Lombard Ford, I had some questions and needed to call them. Emma answered and was very pleasant to deal with. She was able to answer all my questions and walk me through the different plans. She is very knowledgeable of the products and an asset to the dealer. This was the most pain free purchase I’ve had with any dealer or even any retailer. I will come back for my future purchases and recommend them to others.

I was looking to renew my ESP plan for my F250. I wasn't happy with my local pricing and decided to shop around. I am glad I did and even more so to have worked with Emma. She was very knowledgeable about the ESP plans and helped me get the plan the worked for me. I had called Emma a few times before I purchased the plan and with each call she was pleasant and did not pressure me. She also new the answer's to the questions. I will work with Emma again!

I have been working with Emma over the last five years, with three different vehicles. Emma always explains my options clearly, never pressures a sale, and clearly states the time limitations in terms of purchasing an extended warranty. She has save me, at least $2000 over three different warranties.
